Located in the colonial neighborhood of Getsemaní, Casa Pedregal is the first and possibly only new residential project developed in the walled city of Cartagena. Respecting the patrimonial history of the area and taking distinctive elements of the architectural character of the city, the proposal seeks to complement and create a balance between that colonial essence and a clean and contemporary design. Our aim is to offer a sensory experience in Cartagena under the discreet luxury of the warm and sophisticated atmosphere of Casa Pedregal.

Cartagena is essentially a visual delight, and therefore, each window is a framed view and each space is filled with details. Spatial features and traditional elements of Cartagena´s aesthetics, such as raw materials, high ceilings and dense tropical vegetation were mixed with open spaces, clean lines, and austere designs to create a unique atmosphere within the city. On the other hand, the project explores the correlation between natural and artificial lighting, creating welcoming and functional environments that highlight the essence of the proposal.
